CMF, a sub-brand of Nothing, has rolled out its second software update for the CMF Phone 1. This follows a month after the initial update which addressed various issues and enhanced the camera quality.
This latest update continues the trend, introducing new features such as a Community Widget for staying up-to-date and the ability to add Pedometer and Battery Widgets to your lock screen.
The camera also gets significant improvements. Users can expect better overall performance, more accurate colors from the rear camera, and enhanced low-light photography with HDR mode. The front camera has been boosted for clearer selfies in challenging lighting conditions, and portrait shots should now be sharper with improved focus.
Beyond the camera, the update addresses several general improvements, including smoother photo transitions in Google Photos, and a fix for system lag when taking screenshots in certain apps. It also adds an option for vibration alerts when answering calls in power-saving mode.
While the update is rolling out gradually, all CMF Phone 1 users should receive it within the week.
