CMF by Nothing launches Watch 3 Pro in UAE and Saudi Arabia with smarter fitness and style

CMF by Nothing has officially launched the Watch 3 Pro, its most advanced smartwatch to date, designed for everyday health tracking, fitness coaching, and smart connectivity. The wearable builds on the foundation of the Watch Pro 2 with slimmer bezels, stronger sensors, and deeper AI integration, positioning it as an affordable yet feature-rich option for the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

At just AED/SAR 369, the Watch 3 Pro packs in upgrades across fitness, health, and smart functionality. A dual-band five-system GPS improves route accuracy and signal stability, while support for 131 sports modes ensures coverage for everything from running to yoga. A four-channel heart rate sensor offers better accuracy across different skin tones and intensities, while the new Active Score system provides a simple weekly activity snapshot based on MET data. The watch can also auto-detect seven core activities, making it harder to miss logging a workout.

Health monitoring extends beyond heart rate and sleep. The Watch 3 Pro includes blood oxygen (SpO₂) tracking, stress monitoring, guided breathing, hydration reminders, inactivity alerts, and women’s health tools, giving users a comprehensive daily view of wellbeing. Post-workout AI summaries now suggest recovery times, training load analysis, and even endurance predictions for 5K and 10K runs.

On the smart side, the Watch 3 Pro integrates ChatGPT for natural voice queries, a voice recorder with auto-transcription, and an Essential News digest tool. Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, 140-character quick replies, and improved microphone pickup further refine its role as an on-wrist companion.

Design remains a focal point. The watch comes in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange, with a precision-milled metal body, soft-touch silicone straps, and a 1.43-inch AMOLED display boasting thinner bezels and Always-On support. Over 120 customizable watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated designs, allow for personalization, alongside new widget options.

Durability and battery life also see a boost. The Watch 3 Pro is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance and offers up to 13 days of typical use, 11 days with heavier tracking, or 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled. A full charge takes just 99 minutes. Motion tracking has been upgraded with a 6-axis accelerometer, improving accuracy by 50 percent over the previous model.

Another major change is the transition to the Nothing X app, which consolidates smartwatch and audio device management while supporting Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect integrations.

The Watch 3 Pro is now available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through major retailers including Amazon, noon, SharafDG, Jarir Bookstore, Lulu Hypermarket, Virgin Megastore, Al Haddad, Jumbo, du, e&, and STC.
