Careem has launched a pilot program in the UAE to offers customer service via a verified Careem WhatsApp account. Customers will be able to contact Careem 24/7, by simply adding the company’s customer support number to their contact list.

Customers should use their registered Careem mobile numbers for this service. WhatsApp support is only available to UAE customers for now in both English and Arabic languages.
By allowing customers to connect with us via WhatsApp we will be able to deliver this promise and at the same time fit in with the ways more and more customers prefer to connect with companies and friends in today’s world, said Careem’s SVP of Operations, Sandeep Shetty to Arabian Business.
