ASUS has unveiled the ExpertCenter P400 AiO, a new all-in-one desktop that targets the evolving needs of small to mid-sized businesses. Blending a compact footprint with a focus on practical performance, the system brings updated specs, modest AI features, and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity into a design intended for space-conscious offices.
The 24-inch full HD display is central to the device’s appeal, offering a slim-bezel layout and a 93% screen-to-body ratio that helps reduce visual clutter. The display supports 100% of the sRGB color gamut and includes anti-glare coating alongside TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light emission—aimed at users who spend long hours in front of the screen. A retractable webcam, which can be physically hidden when not in use, adds a layer of security often overlooked in this category.
Inside, the ExpertCenter P400 AiO can be configured with up to an Intel Core i7 processor, paired with as much as 64GB of DDR5 RAM and 2TB of SSD storage. That puts it on par with many mainstream desktops, though its compact form factor and integrated screen will appeal to businesses looking to reduce desk clutter without sacrificing too much performance. Connectivity also gets a bump with optional Wi-Fi 7 support, offering theoretical speeds up to three times faster than Wi-Fi 6, provided network infrastructure supports it.
ASUS is also pitching a degree of AI functionality with this model. The AI ExpertMeet suite, bundled with the system, includes noise-canceling audio and a camera optimized for virtual meetings. A meeting transcription tool adds light productivity features, automatically summarizing conversations—a useful but not groundbreaking addition. There’s also a dedicated key to launch Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant baked into the latest Windows 11 builds, though full functionality depends on specific enterprise licensing and market availability.

In terms of build and ergonomics, the new chassis is 25% thinner than previous ASUS all-in-ones, making it one of the slimmest in the company’s portfolio. A height-adjustable stand, available as an option, allows for tilt, swivel, and vertical movement to help users fine-tune their setup. VESA compatibility means it can also be mounted to save desk space.
Security-wise, ASUS includes business-focused protections like FIDO-compliant biometric login and BIOS-level safeguards in line with NIST SP 800-155 standards. The system ships with a one-year McAfee+ Premium subscription and supports five years of BIOS and driver updates—a key consideration for IT departments that prioritize long-term support.

The ASUS ExpertCenter P400 AiO is now available across the Gulf region, with configurations and optional features such as touchscreen support and HDMI input varying by market. For businesses seeking a relatively simple, space-saving desktop solution with modern connectivity and security features, the P400 AiO presents a compelling, if not revolutionary, package.
While not a dramatic leap forward in desktop computing, ASUS’s latest entry underscores a growing trend in workplace hardware: prioritizing practical, manageable systems over flashier tech. And in that regard, the ExpertCenter P400 AiO seems well aligned with the needs of its intended audience.
