ASUS has launched the ExpertBook B3 series, a new generation of AI-powered business laptops designed to balance portability, performance, and enterprise-grade security. Now available across the GCC, the lineup is positioned as an “AI PC,” with an integrated neural processing unit (NPU) that supports local AI-driven features while boosting energy efficiency and battery life.

The ExpertBook B3 is equipped with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2) processor with vPro, paired with Intel Arc graphics, up to 64 GB of memory, and the Intel AI Boost NPU. ASUS has layered in its own AI tools—including AI ExpertMeet, AI noise cancellation, and integration with Microsoft Copilot—to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Built for mobility, the laptops start at just 1.4 kg, feature a 180° lay-flat hinge, and are tested to military-grade durability standards. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E and 5G, while the lightweight frame still offers a wide range of ports. ASUS highlights a sustainable design, using more than 25% post-consumer recycled materials, and a new ExpertCool thermal solution to ensure consistent cooling whether the device is open or closed.

The series comes in two sizes: a 14-inch (B3405) and a 16-inch (B3605), both with 16:10 aspect ratios and slim-bezel NanoEdge displays. TÜV Rheinland eye-care certification and anti-glare panels make the screens easier on the eyes during long workdays, while the ergonomic keyboard and dual-array microphones are tuned for extended use and clear communication.

ASUS has also focused on repairability and maintainability. The laptops use just six screws for the base cover, and the battery is designed for quick replacement with a zero-screw disassembly system. Customers can also choose between two battery capacities at purchase.

For businesses, security is a central pillar of the ExpertBook B3. Features include TPM 2.0, Windows 11 Secured-core PC compliance, a NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS, and additional safeguards such as a physical webcam shutter, fingerprint sensor, and optional smart card reader for two-factor authentication.

Tolga Özdil, Regional SYS Commercial Director at ASUS (META), described the laptops as part of the company’s effort to redefine modern business computing:

“The ASUS ExpertBook B3 series reflects our commitment to creating a modern workplace that’s intelligent, agile, and secure. Our goal is to empower professionals with innovative AI devices that enable them to do more, wherever they are.”

With AI integration, lightweight portability, and enterprise-level protection, the ExpertBook B3 series aims to give businesses a flexible and future-proof option for productivity.
