in its October 30th event, Apple introduced a variety of new and much awaited updates to its MacBook Air, Mac mini and iPad lines. All 3 product lines received major changes internally and externally, and their pretty much exciting!
All new MacBook Air
The all-new MacBook Air, brings a 13-inch Retina display with over 4 million pixels of resolution, Touch ID a fingerprint sensor built right into the keyboard — which allows you to conveniently and instantly unlock your MacBook Air, authenticate your identity, and make fast, simple and secure purchases using Apple Pay. The new MacBook Air also gets latest 8th generation processors and an even more portable design (10 percent thinner), the third-generation Apple-designed keyboard for more precise and responsive typing.
The new MacBook Air is available in three finishes — gold, space gray and silver. The new Retina-display MacBook Air also includes an Apple-designed keyboard, a spacious Force Touch trackpad, faster SSDs, wide stereo sound, the Apple T2 Security Chip and Thunderbolt 3.
Starting at AED 5,099, the new MacBook Air is available to order today on apple.com. It will be available in Apple retail stores and through Apple Authorized Resellers starting Wednesday, November 7.

Apple gave Mac mini a massive increase in performance, running a 6-core 8th-generation Intel Core processors with Turbo Boost Speeds up to 4.6GHz and Intel UHD graphics. The Apple T2 Security Chip brings industry-leading security to your Mac mini. The T2 features an SSD controller with on-the-fly data encryption so everything stored on the SSD is automatically and fully encrypted. The Secure Enclave in T2 ensures that software loaded during the boot process has not been tampered with. T2 also features HEVC video transcoding that’s up to an incredible 30 times faster, enabling pro users to work more quickly with higher resolution video throughout their workflow.

The all new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models feature an all new, all-screen design packing Liquid Retina Display, powerful A12X Bionic Chip and Face ID! The all-new design pushes 11-inch and 12.9-inch Liquid Retina displays to the edges of iPad Pro and integrates Face ID to securely unlock iPad with just a glance. Apples claims that the A12X Bionic chip with next-generation Neural Engine in iPad Pro outperforms most PC laptops and offers a new USB-C connector, Gigabit-class LTE, and up to 1TB of storage to enable powerful new mobile workflows.
A second-generation Apple Pencil magnetically attaches to iPad Pro and wirelessly charges at the same time. A new touch sensor built onto Apple Pencil detects taps, introducing an entirely new way to interact within apps. The new Smart Keyboard Folio features a streamlined design that’s adjustable for added versatility.
Advanced cameras and sensors and improved four-speaker audio combine with the power of A12X Bionic to turn iPad Pro, with its large viewfinder, into the best device ever for AR. The new Smart Keyboard Folio for the new iPad Pro is available in space gray for AED 729 for the 11-inch iPad Pro and AED 799 for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro with layouts for over 30 languages, including simplified Chinese, French, German, Japanese and Spanish.
A new Smart Folio for iPad Pro, in a protective, polyurethane folio design, will be available in a variety of colors for AED 339 for the 11-inch iPad Pro and AED 419 for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro at apple.com and Apple Stores.
