Apple has officially launched its Apple Store online and Apple Store app in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in the company’s retail strategy across the Middle East. The launch brings direct support from Apple in Arabic for the first time, allowing customers in the Kingdom to shop the full range of Apple products and services with a localized and personalized experience.
The online expansion introduces a new level of access for Saudi consumers, who can now purchase Apple devices directly from the company with support options and services previously limited to global markets. Through the Apple Store website and app, customers can browse products, compare models, track orders, and receive tailored recommendations based on their Apple ecosystem.
The launch also brings features common to other markets, such as configure-to-order Mac options, letting users customize hardware specifications like chip type, memory, and storage. Apple Watch buyers can also mix and match case and band combinations for a more personalized look. Notably, for the first time, free engraving in both Arabic and English is available on select products including AirPods, AirTag, and Apple Pencil.
As part of this rollout, Apple has introduced several customer-facing services. Personalized support is available via online chat and phone, with assistance provided for product selection, data migration, and iOS setup. The company also enables cellular activation support directly through its online channels.
To accommodate local preferences, Apple has partnered with Tamara to offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option, allowing customers to spread payments over four months without interest. The Apple Trade In program is also active in Saudi Arabia, offering device recycling or credit toward new purchases.
Education pricing is available through the Apple Education Store, which offers discounts to students, teachers, and staff on select Mac and iPad models. A back-to-school promotion running until October 21 offers eligible customers free AirPods or an accessory with qualifying purchases.
Customers in Saudi Arabia can also purchase AppleCare+, providing two years of extended support, including priority access to Apple experts and coverage for accidental damage.
Looking ahead, Apple confirmed that it plans to open physical retail locations in Saudi Arabia starting in 2026. Among them is an upcoming flagship store in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which Apple says will be “iconic” in scope and design. These future locations will complement Apple’s existing presence in the country, which includes the Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh—launched in 2021 in collaboration with the Saudi government, Tuwaiq Academy, and Princess Nourah University.
The arrival of Apple Retail in Saudi Arabia reflects the company’s continued investment in the region and signals broader ambitions for the Middle East market.
