Apple has outlined its next set of additions to Apple Arcade, with four new games scheduled to join the catalog in early March alongside several content updates for existing titles. The lineup continues the service’s pattern of mixing original releases, familiar franchises, and casual puzzle games, rather than focusing on a single genre or audience.
The most substantial new arrival is Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea, which expands the long-running Oceanhorn series. Set roughly a millennium after the events of its predecessor, the game adopts a 3D action-adventure role-playing format built around open-ended island exploration, environmental puzzles, and large-scale boss encounters. The developers are positioning it as a fully cross-platform experience, with support across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. While the series has often drawn comparisons to classic console adventure games, this installment appears focused on scale and accessibility rather than reinvention.
At the opposite end of the spectrum is Pocket Love!+, a low-pressure life simulation centered on decorating a shared home and managing daily routines with a partner and pet. The game leans into simplicity and visual charm, reflecting Apple Arcade’s continued emphasis on relaxed, non-competitive experiences that translate well to short play sessions.
Puzzle fans are getting Flow Free+, a streamlined take on the long-running Flow Free series. The core mechanic—connecting matching colors across grids without overlapping paths—remains unchanged, but the difficulty scales steadily, making it suitable for both newcomers and long-time players. It is a familiar inclusion that reinforces Apple Arcade’s role as a home for evergreen puzzle formats without ads or microtransactions.
Rounding out the March releases is Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story+, a shop management title built around the well-known manga character Doraemon. Players run a traditional sweet shop, balancing production, customer satisfaction, and gradual expansion. The game’s appeal largely depends on its character license and approachable management systems rather than complex mechanics.
All four games are set to launch on March 5, 2026. Ahead of that date, Apple Arcade is also rolling out updates to several existing titles. Disney SpellStruck is receiving a crossover with Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope on February 19, introducing themed levels and playable characters including Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Chewbacca. Crayola Create and Play+ is hosting a limited Snowy Day event featuring Paddington through February 18, while NFL Retro Bowl 26 adds a challenge mode tied to Super Bowl LX, allowing players to replay the matchup as either the Seattle Seahawks or New England Patriots.
Apple Arcade continues to position itself as a flat-fee alternative to the standard mobile games market. The service offers access to a large library across Apple devices, with no advertising or in-app purchases.
