Anker has unveiled the SOLIX C1000 Gen 2, a compact portable power station designed for both outdoor use and home backup. The new model builds on the original C1000 with faster charging, higher durability, and a streamlined design aimed at campers, travelers, and households looking for off-grid support.
The standout feature is its HyperFlash™ charging technology, which allows the unit to fully recharge in just 49 minutes from a standard wall outlet when UltraFast Charge Mode is enabled through the Anker app. That speed makes it one of the fastest-charging power stations currently available, well ahead of many competing mid-size units.
In terms of power, the C1000 Gen 2 delivers a 2000W continuous output and a 3000W peak output, meaning it can run essential household appliances like refrigerators or support multiple devices during outdoor trips. Inside, it uses an LFP (LiFePO4) battery rated for over 4,000 cycles, designed to retain at least 80% capacity over years of use—significantly longer-lasting than many traditional lithium-ion options.
Other features include smart app integration, allowing users to monitor charge status, adjust settings, and update firmware remotely. The station’s compact build, low-noise operation, and stable power output also make it suitable for quiet environments such as national parks, residential areas, or overnight camping spots.
Availability and pricing: The Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 is available for early sign-up at ankersolix.com starting August 19, 2025. Customers who register by September 8 will be able to purchase the unit at a discounted $429 launch price. General availability begins September 8 on Amazon and Anker’s website at an MSRP of $799.
With its combination of fast charging, higher cycle life, and portable design, the SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 aims to stand out in a crowded portable power station market where reliability and convenience are often the deciding factors.
