Acer has announced the launch of its latest Swift Copilot+ PCs in the UAE, introducing two new models: the ultra-light Swift Edge 14 AI and the productivity-focused Swift Go AI series. Both devices are powered by Intel’s new Core Ultra 200V Series processors, integrating dedicated Neural Processing Units (NPUs) to handle AI workloads efficiently. These updates are part of Acer’s ongoing strategy to bring advanced performance and smarter user experiences to mobile professionals and creatives.
Leading the lineup is the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI, which weighs just 0.99 kg and features a 14-inch 3K OLED edge-to-edge display. It debuts as the world’s first laptop with Corning® Gorilla™ Matte Pro surface treatment, engineered to reduce reflections by 95% for optimal outdoor visibility. Backed by a powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor, Intel Arc graphics, and up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, the Swift Edge 14 AI promises superior AI-enhanced performance, whether you’re editing visuals or navigating complex workflows.
It also incorporates intelligent usability features such as an AI Activity Indicator embedded in the touchpad and a new fingerprint reader with light-up confirmation. With a sleek magnesium-aluminum chassis, dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, and military-grade durability (MIL-STD 810H), the Swift Edge 14 AI is built for portability without compromise. The device delivers up to 21 hours of battery life and supports up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The Swift Go AI series, which includes 14-inch and 16-inch models, focuses on delivering a balanced performance for students, hybrid workers, and families. Equipped with Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processors, Intel Arc graphics, and up to 2TB SSD storage, these models offer a practical combination of power and everyday usability. The standout addition is the Acer Multi-Control Touchpad, allowing users to control media and video calls directly from the touch surface.
Both models support vivid OLED displays—the Swift Go 16 AI with a 2K WUXGA+ panel and the Swift Go 14 AI with a 1920×1200 resolution—each VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500-certified and Eyesafe 2.0 approved. Battery life reaches up to 16 hours on web browsing. For video conferencing and privacy, the laptops include 1080p IR webcams, Windows Hello facial recognition, and Acer User Sensing, which automatically locks or wakes the screen based on presence detection.
Other features include DTS:X Ultra audio, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. The devices are also built with sustainability in mind, incorporating post-consumer recycled materials, shipping with 100% recycled packaging, and earning EPEAT Gold certification.
