Mix, chill, repeat: Ninja SLUSHI is here for your weekend vibes

SharkNinja is back at it—after making at-home ice cream a viral obsession with the Ninja CREAMi, the company has now dropped the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker in the UAE. Think of it as a gadget that turns your kitchen into a mini-cinema snack counter, only without the inflated prices or the long queue behind a popcorn machine.

The SLUSHi has one mission: make drinks so cold and smooth they give you a brain freeze before you can even brag about it on Instagram. After 16 months of tinkering and no fewer than eight prototypes (yes, someone’s actual job was to taste-test slushies on the daily), SharkNinja engineered a RapidChil system that doesn’t need ice cubes. Instead, it freezes liquid evenly and keeps it slushy for up to 12 hours. Translation: your Saturday night “mocktail experiment” can still be going strong when you’re nursing regrets on Sunday morning.

At its core, the machine comes with five presets that cover different vibes. Want something light and fruity? Done. Craving a fizzy soda throwback? Easy. Need a caffeine-loaded frozen latte to fake productivity? Absolutely. Just pour in your liquid of choice, press a button, and in under an hour you’ll have a perfectly chilled drink with the consistency of the real deal. And yes, it can handle anything from classic juices to more adventurous creations for grown-up gatherings.

The design also leans into practicality. Its refillable container means you can keep drinks flowing without constantly starting from scratch, and dishwasher-safe parts make cleanup a non-event. That leaves more time for experimenting with wild ideas—like frozen teas, coconut water coolers, or even a slushie take on your favorite childhood flavors. The SLUSHi doesn’t care if your invention is genius or questionable. It’s built for fun.

And because this is SharkNinja, the company knows a frozen drink is as much about the performance as the taste. The SLUSHi was designed with showmanship in mind. It’s a kitchen gadget you’ll want to put on display, not hide in a cupboard. Friends and family will see it, and suddenly you’ll be the default host for every movie night, game night, or impromptu party.

The Ninja SLUSHi is available now through ninjakitchen.ae and at select UAE retailers.
