Dubai Comedy Festival 2025 kicks off in just three days, bringing a packed lineup of international stars, regional favorites, and multilingual performances to the city’s biggest stages. Running from October 2 to 12, the seventh edition of the festival will take over venues including Dubai Opera, the New Covent Garden Theatre at Mall of the Emirates, and Coca-Cola Arena.

This year’s program blends household names with rising voices across six languages, underscoring Dubai’s growing reputation as a cultural hub for live entertainment. Headliners include Tom Segura, Andrew Schulz, Mo Amer, Zakir Khan, Omid Djalili, Joanne McNally, Amer Zahr, Redouane Bougheraba, Ivan Abramov, Gaurav Kapoor, and Morgan Jay. Local and regional acts such as Ahmed Saif, Bin Swelah, Abbas Bukhari, and Emaad Siddiqui will also take the spotlight, alongside experimental formats like the 3a Ka3ba Improv Show and returning productions such as Malik Almasrah’s Arabic theatrical satire.

The festival isn’t just about stand-up in English. Performances are scheduled in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, Russian, and German, catering to Dubai’s multicultural audience. Highlights include French comic David Voinson’s debut solo show, German Laugh Club’s fifth anniversary, and Russian-language sets from Ivan Abramov and Facepalm Stand-Up Comedy.

Comedy fans will also see the return of Buddies in Battlegrounds-style variety acts, satirical theatre, and shows tailored for family audiences. Ticket prices range widely, starting as low as AED 100 for smaller venue shows and climbing above AED 295 for arena headliners, making the festival accessible to both casual visitors and dedicated fans.

With limited seats left, organizers BRAG and Dubai Calendar are framing this year’s edition as the festival’s biggest yet. The combination of global names, regional representation, and multi-venue programming reflects the city’s strategy of positioning itself as a destination for world-class live comedy, on par with major international comedy festivals.
