Casio Middle East & Africa has introduced two new G-Shock models to its regional lineup — the MTG-B4000 Carbon-Hybrid and the GBM-2100A G-Steel Series. Both releases mark an expansion of the brand’s premium offerings, emphasizing refined design, advanced materials, and the brand’s hallmark durability.
The MTG-B4000 is the latest addition to Casio’s high-end MT-G collection, blending structural innovation with a focus on craftsmanship. Built using a carbon-hybrid frame that combines laminated carbon and glass-fibre sheets, the watch achieves high strength while remaining lightweight. Its layered finish exposes carbon textures alongside polished metal accents, giving it a contemporary, industrial appearance. Developed through collaboration between Casio engineers and generative AI tools, the MTG-B4000 reflects the company’s ongoing effort to merge precision engineering with aesthetic detail.
Core specifications include a carbon-hybrid frame with integrated band lugs for added resilience, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, Multi-Band 6 radio calibration, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, solar charging, and 200-meter water resistance. A Sallaz-polished stainless-steel bezel adds a subtle luxury finish, aligning the model with the brand’s top-tier craftsmanship standards.
The second release, the GBM-2100A, extends the G-Steel collection with a slimmer, more refined metallic design. It features a patterned horizontal dial and stainless-steel bezel paired with a black resin band. Available in blue (GBM-2100A-2B), burgundy (GBM-2100A-4B), and light-yellow gold (GBM-2100A-8B), the new variants offer a mix of professional and casual appeal.
The GBM-2100A incorporates solar power, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, 20-bar water resistance, a shock-resistant structure, and eco-friendly bio-resin materials. The octagonal bezel — a visual signature of the 2100 series — remains central to the watch’s design, offering a modern interpretation of G-Shock’s rugged identity in a sleeker form.
Both the MTG-B4000 and GBM-2100A are available through G-Shock stores and authorized retailers across the UAE from October 2025. The launch reinforces Casio’s strategy of maintaining its core durability ethos while expanding into more premium, design-forward territory that appeals to a broader audience of watch collectors and professionals.
