MY.GAMES, the global video game developer and publisher, has announced the expansion of its publishing program to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), aiming to help local developers bring their games to international markets. The initiative unites the company’s PC and console publishing division, Knights Peak, and its mobile arm, MGVC Publishing, under one framework designed to support the region’s growing gaming ecosystem.
The expansion reflects MY.GAMES’ increasing investment in MENA’s rapidly developing gaming market, which now counts over 595 million players and is projected to generate $7.1 billion in revenue by the end of 2025, according to Newzoo. With its regional base established in 2023 at Abu Dhabi’s YAS Creative Hub, MY.GAMES has already been active in development, research, and localization — and now plans to strengthen its publishing capabilities to empower regional creators.
Through its publishing program, MY.GAMES offers a range of services including funding for development and marketing, business strategy support, design consultation, and live operations expertise. The company’s model is built around helping studios scale efficiently while maintaining creative independence.
“Expanding our publishing program to the MENA region is a natural next step in our commitment to supporting local developers and unlocking the full potential of this dynamic market,” said Elena Grigorian, CEO of MY.GAMES. “The region is home to incredible talent and creativity, and we believe it’s essential to provide the tools, resources, and global reach needed to help those studios thrive. By combining the expertise of both Knights Peak and MGVC Publishing, we aim to forge long-term partnerships and foster sustainable growth within the local gaming ecosystem.”
Knights Peak, which focuses on premium PC and console titles, supports developers through publishing, co-publishing, and global distribution. Its catalogue includes games such as Starship Troopers: Extermination, Nikoderiko, Mandragora, Hela, Pathfinder: Kingmaker, and Blast Brigade. The team emphasizes flexible collaboration, allowing studios to choose the publishing model that best fits their creative and commercial goals.
MGVC Publishing, MY.GAMES’ mobile division, operates on shared-revenue partnerships that enable developers to retain full IP ownership. It provides access to advanced analytics tools, predictive ROI systems, and business intelligence designed to improve user acquisition and monetization. Its portfolio includes titles like Fable Town, Battle Prime, and Days After.
The move positions MY.GAMES as one of the few major international publishers with a dedicated focus on nurturing MENA’s development talent — a region where game creation is expanding rapidly but still lacks large-scale publishing infrastructure. By bridging that gap, the company hopes to create more globally recognized titles from regional studios and strengthen the UAE’s role as a hub for gaming innovation.
