So, after days of teasing and cryptic hints, the Activision overlords have finally graced with a trailer for their latest announcement. The trailer shows off some gorgeous locations that will be familiar to many fans of the franchise and it even shows off some familiar gritty, winsome faces that followers of the Call of Duty series have come to love. Most importantly it shows off high octane action and a story narrative that can’t be equaled by any of the other generic military FPS franchises on the market. That’s right, in the last twenty-four seconds of the trailer Activision announced the remastered edition of Modern Warfare will be hitting shelves November 4.
The other three minutes of the trailer were used to announce the next title in their franchise known as Infinite Warfare (someone got paid to think of that title). The trailer exhibits a variety of guns, and shooting. And some scenes indicate that you will use said guns to shoot, most likely, at enemies, for shooting at your allies would be counterintuitive. The trailer also showed off that the it is not only legal to fire weapons at each other on earth but even in space; added to this was that some cinematics showed off that players could commander spaceships to shoot down bigger spaceships because they probably made fun of the size of your spaceship. All off this was neatly wrapped up in the prospect that one of your allies might be a friendly robot that assists you in shooting other robots.
Call of Duty Infinite Warfare will release on November 5th but more importantly players can get the remastered edition of Modern Warfare if they purchase the Legacy edition of Infinite Warfare for eighty dollars.
