With a line-up featuring some of the best players in the world, Team Liquid was more than capable of making it to the main stage But to achieve victory in this cements their place in the history of Dota 2 esports.

The line-up also features two Middle Eastern players as well, Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi (a Polish/Jordanian citizen) and Maroun “GH” Merhej, a famous Lebanese Dota 2 player who had originally joined Team Liquid as a substitute. KuroKy, the team’s captain, is a 7-time TI competitor most famous for his second place run at TI3 under team Natus Vincere.
