PUBG MOBILE is expanding its lineup of in-game vehicle collaborations, this time teaming up with Shelby American to introduce two of the brand’s most recognized performance cars. Available until July 6, 2025, this limited-time partnership brings classic automotive design and muscle car aesthetics to the game’s battlegrounds, offering players a chance to experience digitally rendered versions of the Shelby GT500 and the 427 Cobra.
The addition of these vehicles is designed to offer more than just visual appeal. The Shelby GT500, arriving in a sleek Black & Red finish and an alternative Retro Invader design, emphasizes power and on-screen presence. Meanwhile, the Shelby 427 Cobra—long considered a staple of motorsport history—is featured in its classic Blue & White livery along with an Inkstorm variant for players who prefer a more stylized look.
Both cars come with their own set of customizations. The Cobra can be outfitted with a spoiler and quad exhaust, subtle nods to the vehicle’s real-world performance modifications. The GT500, on the other hand, offers more eccentric in-game attachments such as rocket balloons and flying saucers. These accessories are meant to enhance visual flair rather than simulate realistic upgrades, aligning with the game’s playful, arcade-style approach to vehicular gameplay.

Players who collect all available versions of the GT500 will unlock an exclusive milestone reward tied to the collaboration. Additionally, Shelby-themed parachutes and vehicle skins are included as part of the event, reinforcing the crossover’s presence across multiple gameplay elements.
While collaborations between video games and automotive brands are not new, PUBG MOBILE’s integration of classic Shelby models reflects a broader trend of blending cultural icons into digital entertainment. Unlike more simulation-focused racing titles, PUBG MOBILE repurposes these vehicles for use in battle royale scenarios, giving them new life in an entirely different context.
The campaign has been positioned as part of PUBG MOBILE’s ongoing efforts to deliver fresh content and enhance player engagement. Though these vehicles won’t impact core gameplay performance, their presence adds a level of novelty that can appeal to car enthusiasts and longtime fans of the Shelby brand.
The crossover is accessible across all platforms where PUBG MOBILE is available, including iOS and Android. As with previous collaborations, availability is time-limited, and players interested in acquiring the Shelby-branded content will need to do so before the July 6 cutoff.
