Monster Jam Showdown unveils exciting career mode with non-linear progression

Milestone and Feld Motor Sports have released a new trailer showcasing the exciting career mode, Showdown Tour, in their upcoming game, Monster Jam Showdown. The Showdown Tour offers a non-linear progression system across over 130 events, allowing players to choose their path to greatness based on their preferred playstyles.

Players can freely explore three unique environments – Alaska, Colorado, and Death Valley – and engage in various game modes such as Freestyle, Best Trick, and more. Victories unlock new events within the same category, providing continuous challenges that align with player preferences.

Special boss battles, called Showdown Events, will test players against iconic Monster Jam truck drivers. Winning these battles unlocks the rival truck and more challenging events. These events require not only speed but also crowd-pleasing stunts and destruction.

Monster Jam Showdown offers players the freedom to focus on mastering specific categories or diversify their skills across all three, leading to unlocking all 66 vehicles and over 140 paint outs in the game.

The game will be available on multiple platforms from August 29, 2024, with Early Access starting on August 26, 2024.
