Season 05 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone has rolled out, bringing a new Battle Pass, premium BlackCell content, and a variety of in-game rewards. The update ties into the Black Ops 6 campaign storyline, with veteran tactician Lawrence Sims returning as a central figure in this season’s narrative and cosmetic drops.
As with earlier seasons, the Battle Pass delivers more than 100 unlockable items across free and premium tracks. Players on the free path can access new base weapons and select cosmetic items, while the premium tier expands that offering with additional Operators, exclusive skins, weapon blueprints, finishing moves, and other rewards. Progressing through the pass also grants up to 1,100 COD Points, which can be put toward future seasonal content.
The BlackCell package sits above the standard Battle Pass, adding animated Operator skins, unique weapon blueprints, and other exclusive rewards aimed at players seeking the highest-tier cosmetics. Meanwhile, the in-game Store has refreshed with new themed bundles and customization options, continuing Activision’s emphasis on layered content offerings within its seasonal model.
With Sims’ reintroduction from the campaign and a fresh lineup of weapons and cosmetics, Season 05 blends narrative callbacks with ongoing multiplayer updates, keeping both Black Ops 6 and Warzone players engaged through its live-service framework.
