Third-generation Audi Q3 arrives in the UAE starting from AED 197,000

The 2026 Audi Q3 has arrived in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, marking the third generation of the compact luxury SUV in the UAE market. With updated exterior styling, a more digitally focused cabin, and revised powertrain options, the new Audi Q3 continues to target buyers looking for a premium compact SUV that balances everyday usability with contemporary design.

Now open for orders from Audi Abu Dhabi, the latest Audi Q3 is available in both SUV and Sportback body styles. Pricing starts from AED 197,000, positioning it within the competitive compact luxury SUV segment in the UAE, where it faces established rivals from BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Visually, the 2026 Audi Q3 adopts a more assertive stance. A wider Singleframe grille, slimmer headlights, and more defined body lines give the compact SUV a sharper road presence compared to its predecessor. The Sportback variant introduces a sloping roofline for those who prefer a coupe-like silhouette, while new exterior finishes such as Sage Green, Tambora Grey, and Madeira Brown matte expand personalization options. The design changes are evolutionary rather than radical, but they bring the Q3 in line with Audi’s current SUV design language.

Inside, the most noticeable shift is the updated digital interface. The new Audi Q3 features a curved display layout that combines a 12.8-inch MMI touchscreen with an 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit. This “digital stage” setup reflects a broader industry move toward screen-centric interiors, reducing physical controls in favor of integrated software systems. A redesigned steering column layout frees up additional storage space in the center console, while ambient lighting and an optional Sonos audio system add to the cabin’s overall refinement.

Under the hood, the Audi Q3 in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is offered with two TFSI engine options. The 110kW version produces 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque, aimed at drivers prioritizing efficiency and daily comfort. The more powerful 150kW TFSI quattro delivers 204 hp and 320 Nm, paired with a 7-speed S tronic transmission and all-wheel drive. This setup provides added traction and stability, particularly useful on longer highway drives or varied road conditions common across the UAE. Suspension tuning focuses on a balance between ride comfort and controlled handling, supported by progressive steering for improved maneuverability in urban settings.

Lighting technology is another area of emphasis. Digital Matrix LED headlights use micro-LED elements to improve illumination and can project guidance cues onto the road surface. At the rear, optional digital OLED lighting signatures adjust when vehicles approach from behind. These features contribute both to safety and visual distinction, though they remain optional rather than standard across the range.

Practicality remains central to the Audi Q3’s appeal. The SUV variant offers up to 1,386 litres of cargo space with the rear seats folded, while the Sportback provides up to 1,289 litres. A sliding rear bench and adjustable backrests allow flexibility between passenger comfort and luggage capacity. Acoustic glazing for the front side windows, introduced for the first time in this segment for the model, aims to reduce cabin noise during highway travel.

A suite of driver assistance systems comes standard or available depending on specification. These include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane change assist, park assist, reverse assistant, trained parking, and driver fatigue monitoring. As with most vehicles in this class, the focus is on incremental improvements in safety and convenience rather than fully autonomous capability.

For buyers in the UAE considering a compact luxury SUV, the 2026 Audi Q3 presents a familiar but updated option. It builds on a formula that has proven commercially successful in the region, refining technology, comfort, and design without dramatically altering the vehicle’s core identity. Orders are currently open in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with pricing starting at AED 197,000, inclusive of VAT, service plan, roadside assistance, and registration.
