Škoda has introduced the all-new Superb to the Middle East, marking the regional debut of its redesigned flagship sedan and, for the first time, the Superb Wagon. Combining European craftsmanship with modern technology, the new model reflects the Czech brand’s evolving identity—where timeless design, premium comfort, and innovation meet practicality and value.
Launched officially on October 13, 2025, the Superb arrives in both Sedan and Wagon (Combi) variants, equipped with a 2.0 TSI petrol engine delivering 140 kW (190 hp). The powertrain has been tuned specifically for regional conditions, balancing performance and fuel efficiency for long-distance driving across Gulf roads.

Škoda Auto’s Chairman Klaus Zellmer described the new Superb as “an evolution that delivers more value in features, user experience, and comfort,” highlighting innovations such as Škoda Smart Dials and new assistance systems designed to simplify everyday driving. Lukas Honzak, Managing Director of Škoda Middle East, added that the model “embodies timeless design and exceptional value, offering a refined yet practical option for Middle Eastern customers seeking comfort and innovation.”
The Wagon makes its regional debut
The arrival of the Superb Wagon in the Middle East is a first for Škoda. Long a bestseller in Europe, the Wagon version pairs elegance with impressive versatility, featuring a 690-litre boot and class-leading space for passengers and cargo. The model aims to attract both premium fleet buyers and individuals who value utility without compromising on luxury. With no direct rival in its price category, it adds a unique proposition to the region’s premium car segment.

Design and comfort
The new Superb’s exterior adopts a sharper, more sculpted look with a wider grille, slimmer LED Matrix beam headlights, and aerodynamically optimized lines that improve efficiency and stability. Inside, Škoda’s focus on comfort and usability is evident: an ergonomic cockpit, Virtual Cockpit, heads-up display, and a redesigned infotainment interface provide an intuitive user experience. Wireless smartphone connectivity and modern infotainment options blend seamlessly into a cabin characterized by high-quality materials, soft-touch finishes, and ambient lighting.

Passenger comfort has also been elevated with increased legroom, dual-zone climate control, and a focus on quietness through advanced noise insulation. The Superb continues to strike a balance between understated luxury and practical design, making it suitable for both corporate and family use.
Technology and safety
Equipped with an updated suite of driver-assistance systems, the Superb introduces the latest generation of Škoda’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Features include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, traffic jam assist, emergency braking, and multiple parking aids. Enhanced connectivity and infotainment features ensure that the Superb remains technologically current, while robust build quality and structural integrity underpin its safety credentials.
Trims and availability
The Middle East lineup offers four trim levels — Essence, Selection, Sportline, and Laurin & Klement (L&K) — catering to different priorities, from value and everyday comfort to sporty aesthetics and luxury.
- Essence: the entry-level model emphasizing value and essential features.
- Selection: a balanced option combining premium comfort and practicality.
- Sportline: adds sportier styling, performance-focused suspension, and dynamic interior detailing.
- Laurin & Klement (L&K): the flagship trim named after Škoda’s founders, offering the brand’s most exclusive materials and advanced technology.
The Superb Sedan launches first, with Selection and L&K trims available immediately, while Sportline and Essence variants follow in early 2026. The Superb Wagon arrives in December 2025 in the Selection trim, joined by the Sportline and L&K versions later in 2026.

Continuing a legacy
Now in its fourth generation, the Superb remains central to Škoda’s global strategy — a model that bridges its 130-year European heritage with the brand’s expanding presence in key international markets. Alongside models such as the Kodiaq, Kushaq, and Octavia RS, the Superb reinforces Škoda’s growing Middle Eastern lineup and its ambition to offer a wider range of premium yet attainable vehicles.
With the new Superb, Škoda is positioning itself as a brand that delivers understated luxury backed by engineering precision — a flagship designed for customers who appreciate practicality, refinement, and quiet sophistication in equal measure.
