Jetour’s G700 SUV pairs off-road capability with six-seat luxury in the UAE

Jetour has brought its flagship G700 SUV to Dubai, unveiling the hybrid off-roader at a launch event hosted at the Armani Hotel and capped with a Burj Khalifa light show. Partnering with Elite Group Holding, Jetour is using the UAE debut to position the G700 as both a luxury family vehicle and a capable desert machine.

The G700 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine paired with dual electric motors, producing a combined 904Ps and 1,135 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, with a claimed range between 800 and 1,000 kilometers. The SUV comes with seven off-road drive modes and a 900 mm water-wading capability, underscoring its ambition to balance city performance with rugged terrain handling.

Inside, Jetour has leaned into the premium segment with features aimed at comfort and tech integration. The G700 seats six and offers massage-equipped chairs, a wellness air filtration system, and a four-screen cockpit. The infotainment and control suite runs on a Snapdragon platform, supporting advanced voice interaction and connectivity features. The cabin design reflects Jetour’s bid to compete not only with established off-road names but also with SUVs that prioritize family comfort.

The UAE is a strategic market for Jetour, and Elite Group Holding serves as its exclusive partner in the region. With a portfolio that already includes the X70, Dashing, T1, T2, and X90 Plus, the G700 is expected to sit at the top of the lineup. Current Jetour models in the Emirates range from roughly AED 69,000 to AED 147,000, but the G700’s power, tech, and positioning suggest a much higher bracket. Pricing has not been confirmed yet.
